When are check-in and check-out?+
Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am. Check-in is contactless via an electronic door lock – you'll receive your personal access code by message shortly before arrival.
Is there parking?+
Yes, a free parking space directly on the property is available for you.
Is there Wi-Fi?+
Yes, fast Wi-Fi is included free of charge. You'll find the login details in the apartment.
Are pets allowed?+
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. A flat fee of €15 per stay applies.
How much is the visitor's tax?+
The city of Baden-Baden charges a visitor's tax of €2 per person per night.
Is there a travel cot and a high chair?+
Yes, we're happy to provide a travel cot (incl. bed linen) and a high chair on request – just let us know in advance.
How many guests can the apartments accommodate?+
The “Altes Kino” apartment sleeps up to 4 guests, “Rebland” up to 3 guests.
How can I pay?+
When booking directly, you can pay conveniently online by credit card (Stripe). PayPal or bank transfer are also available on request.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. After that, 50% of the total price is charged; for no-shows or cancellation on the day of arrival, 100%. See our Terms for details.
Is there a cleaning fee?+
Yes, once per stay: “Altes Kino” €80, “Rebland” €55.
How does waste separation work?+
Yellow bin for plastic/packaging, blue bin for paper, grey bin for residual waste, glass and bottles in the returns crate. The bins are in the courtyard behind the grey wooden panel – or we're happy to dispose of the waste after your departure.
Is smoking allowed?+
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. Parties and loud events are also not allowed; please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
